Privacy Policy
Effective date: May 24, 2026
Ivory Tower International LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”) operates Day-1 CPT Apply (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have over your data when you visit the Site or contact us.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information you voluntarily provide when you fill out a form on the Site, request a consultation, or contact us by email, phone, or WhatsApp. This information typically includes your name, email address, phone number, country of origin, target program, current immigration status, and any other details you choose to share.
We also collect limited technical information automatically through cookies set by our third-party service providers (see Section 4). This may include your IP address, device type, browser, referring URL, and pages visited.

3. Legal Basis (EEA / UK Visitors)
If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we process your personal information on the basis of your consent, our legitimate interests in operating the Site, and where necessary, to perform a contract with you.
4. Third-Party Services

5. Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with the partner universities or immigration attorneys you ask us to connect you with, and with service providers (such as HubSpot) that help us operate the Site. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights.
6. Data Retention
We retain inquiry and consultation records for as long as needed to provide services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your information at any time (see Section 8).
7. Cookies and Tracking
The Site uses cookies set by HubSpot for analytics and form tracking. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some Site features (such as form submission) may not work correctly without them.
